FFL Transfers

PK Gunsmithing is a Type 1 FFL (Federal Firearms License). All transfers of registered firearms MUST, by federal law, be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer.

PK Gunsmithing can assist with the transfer of firearms between private parties. The process works like this:


Step 1: Buyer pays seller and notifies PK Gunsmithing via email of the name, address, email,
              and phone of the seller.

Step 2: I notify buyer when the gun arrives.

Step 3:  Seller brings photo ID and $20 fee to complete ATF form.
